You can connect to the EDS system through external systems (e.g. e-banking), with an electronic signature or with VMI login tools;

2. After logging in to EDS, select FILL FORM in the declaration section;

3. In the “Frequently filled forms” section, you will find the “Request for support” section – select it;

4. In the “Form for filling” section, select the year 2023 and click on the blue globe – form for electronic filling;

5. If you have already allocated support for the year 2023 based on the application submitted in the previous year, in the first window of the wizard you will see data on the support you allocated. After pressing CONTINUE, you will be able to correct or submit new data;

6. If support for the year 2023 was not allocated according to the previous application, press START to fill out the application;

7. In the recipient search window that opens, enter the RECEIVER’S NAME (Schwarzort Heritage & Arts LLC) or RECEIVER CODE (306363050);

8. Click CONTINUE;

9. Fill in the amount of the tax portion;

10. Choose the period until which you want to allocate support (support can be allocated for a period of up to 5 years);

11. Click SAVE;

12. Check if you really see the details of VšĮ Laisvės TV below;

13. If the data is correct, press YES, CORRECT;

14. Click FORM REQUEST > SUBMIT;

The form goes to VMI.
